In January 2005 I called several construction companies to give us bid on adding a large second floor space into a master bathroom and closet. Some companies didn’t even show up, some were late and just two were on time. We decided to go with Watlee Construction, Inc. to do the remodel although they were not the lowest bid but they seemed very honest and they have a good reputation. They went out of their way to create for us the most beautiful bathroom with great looking and quality products from the cabinetry, to the ceramics to the super glass shower enclosure. The workmanship was outstanding and Ryan was on the job daily making sure the job was right. That was over 2 years ago and we still love it each and every time we walk into out new master bathroom. We are considering remodeling our kitchen next and we would not consider going with anyone other than Watlee Construction, Inc. We sincerely thank you for the job you did for us but we also thank you for being the honest and trustworthy people you are.

We contracted Watlee Construction, Inc. to add a 2,700 sq. ft. addition onto my existing house in Vero Beach. They added a new kitchen, family room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Parts of the existing house were also remodeled and a few rooms were expanded. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the quick response from Joe on any issues that came up during the process. If Joe told me he would get something done in a certain time frame, that’s what happened. He was very easy to reach and easy to work with during the construction. The part I’m most impressed with is that Watlee Construction, Inc. finished the entire job on schedule! We also stuck to the original budget with the exception of a few changes I made during the final phases of the job. I plan on remodeling a rental house I own in the near future and I will definitely use Joe again for this job. I worked with 3 other builders before choosing Watlee for my house. I won’t have to go through this process next time.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for helping us make our home hurricane resistant. The PGT windows and Jeld-Wen doors you specified and installed are more than we hoped for. My husband and I are too old to put up the steel shutters that came with the house when we bought it. Now we don’t have to worry about getting help to protect our home in the event of a storm. Joe designed a “System” as he called it that would allow us to have a passive system so we do not have to worry if we are out of town. Also your men we extremely courteous and respectful of our landscaping. We did not lose one plant nor did we find one cigarette butt in the bushes.
