Ryan Watley is a second generation builder and has been building custom homes and remodeling luxury residences for well over fifteen years. Most of which has been in the South Florida market. He is a graduate with a degree in Building Technologies. He is married to the former Brandy Lee and has one young son and another baby on the way.

Brian Fines is a third generation builder. A local for over thirty years, Brian has developed an extensive knowledge of construction elements in South Florida and the Treasure Coast. Consequently, he has been able to develop long term relationships with many of our area’s top trade companies and material suppliers. With seven years experience under his belt, Brian has been responsible for construction projects as marinas, restaurants, shopping centers, site work and underground projects. What this means for all of us is that Brian is able to bring all of our resources to bear and produce a complex project to completion, under budget without compromising quality. 

Joseph Magnetico is the “Old Man” in the company. He is also a second generation builder and Remodeler with almost forty years experience in the Long Island, New York and South Florida market. His is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology and has a degree in Architecture and Design. While serving as a Captain in the Nassau County Fire Service he was able to develop a home construction and remodeling company that allowed him to retire early and move to Florida.
